1. Competence framework based on micro-credential approach – English and all partner languages

This document provides a comprehensive overview of the DigiArcheoSpace micro-credential approach and the competence framework applied in the design of the educational materials (training units). The project partners conducted focus groups in each country, developed an overview of existing higher education programmes in archaeology locally, examined the existing allocation practices of ECTS credits in the partner countries, and reviewed the various established micro-credential practices.

The competence framework has been developed with flexibility in mind, making it a valuable resource for higher education institutions and professionals seeking to expand or modernize their programmes in the field of archeology and cultural heritage.

From discovery to publication: the craft of the modern archeologist

The educational movie was developed through the collaboration of students, teachers, researchers, and university professors in the field of archaeology and cultural heritage. Consisting of six short video segments, it presents key digital tools and methods used in modern archaeology through practical examples and accessible explanations. The movie is designed as a teaching and learning resource for higher education, supporting the integration of digital technologies into archaeological training and academic practice.
