Yordan Arnaudov

Bio: Asst. Yordan Arnaudov is a PHD candidate in a doctoral degree of Archaeology (Thracian archaeology). He is an assistant at the Department of History and Archaeology, Faculty of Humanities, Konstantin Preslavsky University of Shumen. Leads seminar classes in History and Archaeology. Asst. Arnaudov also works as a scientific secretary in Preslav literary school Research center and is a member of the Scientific Council of the Center. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the Center for Archaeometry at the Faculty of Humanities of Konstantin Preslavsy University of Shumen.
Arnaudov is also chair of the board of directors of the nonprofit organization Helis which purpose is to research, popularize and conserve the cultural and historical heritage in Bulgaria, and specifically in the region of the town of Isperih. Yordan Arnaudov was head of the project “Sboryanovo – discover, know, narrate” which included local historical research, training of school students, conducting a photogrammetric survey followed by a seminar relating to the subject, as well as organizing and hosting, along with the Historical museum of Isperih, the first Archaeology festival in Bulgaria in 2023.
